Japanese cuisine, Tempura(Jumbo shrimp and fresh vegetables ,lightly battered.Hot and crispy) and Zaru Udon (Zaru -bamboo plate, Udon-japanese noodles, it made from wheat flour)
It's a very healthy food, good for those who want to start their diet for this coming summer (✿◠‿◠)v

Favorite dish

Its very rare like us here in abroad can eat our traditional dishes ,like my favorite dish "Pinakbet", Its a mix vegetables like, squash, okra,eggplant..etc... since its hard to find "Bagoong "here in supermarket, I replace it "Patis" or nampura... Or you can put also a coconut milk ,same ingredients but in different taste and its called Ginataang Gulay.
